(See hours of business) If you require any advice or assistance then call us between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday and 10am to 4pm Saturday GMT. Calls are standard rate.

We aim to provide high levels of customer satisfaction and will provide service consistent with best practice. In the unlikely event of a complaint you should send it in by email to the contact details above, addressed to the Manager. You will be contacted within 2 working days. In the unlikely event that this response is not satisfactory then email the Managing Director at the same address whose response will be forwarded within 5 working days.

Making A Purchase

Browse our catalogue and click on "add to cart" at any item that you wish to buy and it will be placed in your shopping cart. Once you have finished your selection, click on "checkout now" and you will be asked for your details. You can also place an order by phone at 01858 469888. You will be sent an order confirmation by email or letter when we receive your order.

If any item is not available, you will first be emailed or written to with the option to cancel or change your order. We can back order for you and these items are not charged until they are ready for despatch.

Any contracts not completed within 30 days can be cancelled by either party and a full refund will be given for goods not delivered. Refunds will be processed within 5 working days. Cheques are accepted but allow 7 days for clearance.

Shipping And Handling

There is a charge of £15 added to the shopping cart for every complete order to the UK mainland. Other that Limestone & Marble these are charged at £40.00 per crate, and will be priced on application. UK deliveries are usually made within 10 working days (please make sure that someone is at the address to receive the delivery). ON DELIVERY PLEASE THOROUGHLY INSPECT THE GOODS AND REPORT DAMAGES, FAULTS OR ERRORS IN THE ORDER TO US WITHIN 24 HOURS. We cannot accept liability for damages or errors if goods have been fitted. Report damages, faults or errors to the Operations Manager by phone, email or letter as per the contact details section. In the unlikely event of damage, fault or error you will be entitled to an exchange only.

You must be present to accept delivery and assistance may be required to unload. Please ensure we are advised in advance of any likely access problems.

Collections can be arranged, but would still administer a £15.00 cost, to do this please e-mail, phone or fax the request to: - terry@thatbargainshop.com

We advise against booking trades for installations until the goods have been received. No liability can be accepted for costs caused by late deliveries or for any other reason.

Delivery Schedule

We will process your order as quickly and efficiently as possible and delivery is usually within 10 working days from our Leicester distribution centre.

Tax Charges

All our prices include VAT at 17.5% VAT reg number is 833507437. We accept payment by Visa or MasterCard or Switch or any equivalent cards. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, post or online. Cheques are accepted but allow 7 days for clearance. Any errors in receipts or payments will be rectified within 5 working days of our agreeing to correct them.

Credit Card Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128-bit Java encryption. This encryption begins at the form where you are asked for your credit card details. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer; all that passes through the Internet is a scrambled message. They are not held in clear text on any web site. Your information is not stored on an Internet active computer so a third party cannot access your details. This system is the safest way to buy and is safer than passing your details over the phone lines and at least as safe as passing your card over a shop counter.

The ordering system allows you to make several other choices of method to pay. You can pay online with your credit card, by cheque or call us with your credit card details. Cookies are used on this site, but merely add functionality to the shopping cart.

We do not send marketing emails to personal email addresses where the recipient is not a customer.

All our products are covered by the manufacturers warranty, which is detailed with the product and is a minimum of 12 months.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information collected about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data protection Act 1998). We only collect basic information provided by you to enable us to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service. You will be given the chance to refuse any marketing/promotional emails from us during the order process. We will never collect sensitive information about you other than the basic details you give us on the order form. You can check the information we hold on you at any time by emailing us and we will be happy to correct any inaccuracies promptly. Returns Policy

You have 7 days from the day you received the goods, in which to notify us that you wish to cancel the order. The order confirmation includes cancellation instructions but you can email our Operations Manager at thatbargainshop.com or write to us or fax us. Due to the fragile nature of our products they must be repacked as they were received and we must arrange the collection. You will be charged the full return cost. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation of the goods.
